Australian Cuisine Begin launches
An illustration-led project designed by our in-house team, Australian Cuisine Begin is the first in a planned series of publications focused on food from our own backyard.

At 350 pages, the Australian Cuisine book has officially landed in bookstores. With content built on indefatigable research by chef, Liam Randall, it offers a much-needed chronicle of our nation’s culinary history, and offers some modern twists on recipes of old.
We developed more than 60 bright and unique illustrations for this project. With its friendly colour palette and freehand, graphic feel, we knew the work would stand out in a crowded marketplace.
