Welcome, Femi and Emily


In December 2021 we welcomed two new senior designers to the Design Democracy fold.







Emily Bailey and Femi Coppi have been seamless additions to our busy studio, each bringing their personal flavour and strengths to our tight-knit team. Versatile, quick-thinking, empathic. These are the traits that can make a good designer great. We feel very lucky to have them on board. You can learn more about our team members, new and old, here.











Design Democracy meets and works on Taungurung, Dja Dja Wurrung and Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung lands. We pay our respect to the traditional custodians past, present and emerging, and support their endeavours and autonomy.
