The 2021 Impact Report is now published, marking our seventh consecutive annual report commission for Bank Australia. As a certified B Corp and Australia’s first customer-owned bank, Bank Australia is committed to generating positive impacts for people and planet.

The 2021 Impact Report continues the trend of acquitting the company’s ethical mission with simplicity, brightness and clarity. In line with set brand colours, the document palette is simple and clean, further emphasising transparency and accountability. This style is matched in the accompanying Financial Report.
Crucially, the company has prioritised improved accessibility in 2021. As designers for the report, we overhauled PDF functionality to meet rigorous, up-to-the-minute accessibility standards. This ensures the blind and visually impaired can access all reported information in a clear and efficient manner via a screen reader.

As always, headers are punctuated and emphasised with brand colour treatments, and we once again called out clean and concise copy to emphasise the ethical approach the bank so prizes.
